The Twin City Opera House

The Twin City Opera House has had its doors open to the public for more than 100 years. Over this period of time patrons have enjoyed magic, theater, music, political debates, public meetings, variety shows and many other performances. They have experienced first-hand the adjustments that have enabled the Opera House to continue to be a valuable community asset. But it has not been easy. It has taken the help of many kind-hearted and like-minded individuals to do so. The inescapable truth is that the Opera House still needs the help of these same people. That is why we are asking you to become a member of the Opera House. As a member of the Opera House you will be able to help by either donating much needed funds or volunteering your time for specific events. We know that your time and money are very valuable, but a contribution to the Opera House will help ensure that it remains a beneficial landmark for at least another 100 years.

The Twin City Opera House is conducting a recycling fundraiser. There’s nothing to buy. We are simply asking you to protect the environment by donating your used cellular phone(s), ink jet cartridge(s), DVD movie(s) / video game(s), portable DVD player(s), laptop / notebook computer(s), MP3 player(s), video game console(s), digital camera(s), digital picture frame(s), and portable navigation & GPS device(s).

Your used item(s) may be tax deductible and will be recycled in accordance with EPA regulations or refurbished and sold. 100% of the proceeds will help fund the Twin City Opera House’s Entertainment Fund. Bring your items to the theater lobby during normal operating hours or to the Reicker Building in McConnelsville, or call the theater to schedule a pickup.
