The Twin City Opera House is available for rent. The auditorium seats approximately 560. For safety and comfort, the Opera House, Incorporated requests that no more than 550 tickets/passes be issued for any individual performance. The fee schedule is outlined below.

   
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday $500 per night
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $250 per night
Clean up fees (if renter does not clean) $20 per hour
Technical staff fees (if required) $10 per hour

Advertising and ticket sales are the responsibility of the renter.

  
 

The renter is responsible for any  damage done to any part of the theater.

  
     
 
* Rent the theater for VIDEO GAMES on the BIG SCREEN
The theater may be rented at a rate of $20.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hrs.
 
Bring in your game console and we'll hook it up
 
You and all of your friends can play on the 26 FT  screen from the front of the balcony
 
We can accommodate most gaming systems and other video equipment.
 
Other amenities also available for your party  (Freezer, tables, etc.)
